1. Ownership & Copyright
This e‑book for Women (“the Journal”) is an original creative work owned exclusively by Necole Lloyd LLC. All content—including text, prayers, prompts, graphics, layouts, and design elements—is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. No rights are transferred to the purchaser beyond the limited license described below.
2. Personal‑Use License
Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Journal for personal spiritual growth only.
The buyer may:
Read, download, and print the Journal for personal use
Use the prompts, prayers, and reflections privately
The buyer may NOT:
Share, gift, or distribute the Journal to others
Upload the Journal to any website, platform, or shared drive
Use the Journal in group programs, workshops, or coaching without written permission
3. Strict Prohibition on Resale
The buyer is not permitted to:
Sell, resell, or commercially distribute the Journal
Use any part of the Journal to create a new product for sale
Bundle the Journal with other products or services
Claim the Journal as their own work
Any attempt to resell or commercially exploit this Journal is a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.
4. No Editing, Altering, or Rebranding
To protect the integrity of the content and design, the buyer may not:
Edit, modify, or alter the Journal in any way
Remove or change branding, logos, or copyright notices
Extract individual pages, prayers, prompts, or graphics
Use any portion of the Journal to create derivative works
Convert the Journal into templates, printables, or digital products
All edits, adaptations, or derivative uses require written permission from the copyright owner.
5. No Sharing or Public Distribution
The buyer may not:
Share the Journal with friends, family, or groups
Post the Journal or excerpts online (including social media, blogs, or forums)
Use the Journal in church groups, women’s ministries, or community programs without permission
If someone is interested in the Journal, please direct them to the official purchase link.
6. Digital Security & Anti‑Piracy
To protect this work, the buyer agrees not to:
Remove or obscure digital watermarks
Circumvent any download protections
Upload the Journal to file‑sharing or piracy websites
Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the file has been delivered.
8. Termination of License
Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions will result in:
Immediate termination of the personal‑use license
Revocation of access to the Journal
Potential legal action for copyright infringement
